Once stumbled upon Kens Bar on ANZAC Ave and was delighted by its authentic food and decor. Visited a friend in Meadowbank months later and he said he'd take us to cool local Japanese restaurant. To our surprise it was another Lens Bar. Same great food & great decor & service.

Ken's is a yummy cute "hole in the wall". Recommend for family or date night.

Not genuine Japanese service. No way using pre-cooked corn to make Yakitori. I did give the feedback when we dine. The chef replied it takes longer time to grill if they use fresh corn. Then sincerely suggest take Corn out from the menu. (I used to work at JP company and have been to JP) Considering the ingredients and portions, it's overpriced.

Tucked away behind a mountain of cheap MSG filled canteen style Asian food... you will find Ken Yakitori Bar. Ken’s is real good food! Yes the prices may be high in comparison to its near neighbouring places to eat, but you get what you pay for! Ken’s has always delivered in food quality. The waiters/chefs are busy cooking your food, they don’t have a lot of time for chat, let them do their job and you’ll have a great time. The Octopus balls are THE best! Thank me later!

Food was ok the service was soooo bad the waiter didn't even say thank you. Don't think they speak English at all😂
