Amazing burgers!!!!!! Delicious and moist. Well worth the money. Probably the best takeaway burger I've ever had! This is our third time getting burgers from Dorys and have not been let down yet. The fish is great too. Crispy thin batter and not oily. Friendly staff and pleasant environment. Unfortunately the chips were over cooked again,hence the 4 stars. Sorry guys.

We have been to Dory's three times now and have been very pleased each time. The fish is very fresh and the batter light and crisp. The chips are also very good. Half a scoop is plenty for two. Last time we were quoted a 30 min delay but the order was ready in 20 mins. The staff are pleasant and competent. They do credit card transactions! And there is no squeaking and banging door to irritate while you wait.

Tried these guys out under new owners and they we're actually surprisingly good. We phoned our order in and the girl on the phone said 20mins. Ended up being more like 35. The service was pretty poor, a lot of teenagers with little customer experience. They need some training. This was pretty minor though. The cost of the food was good for what we got. We ordered one crumbed fish, one battered fish, one chicken fillet, and a scoop of chips. The scoop was generous and the fish was well cooked. I enjoyed the thinner batter, I have always disliked getting more batter than fish from other shops. Overall, very happy with this new shop which is within walking distance. Highly recommend!
