Hungry after a delayed flight to a cool wet night in Wellington, I found Thanh Giong Pho. The last customer on a slow night, I was warmly welcomed by three generations of family. Over a superb beef phở and spring rolls, I shared a lovely conversation before heading off to sleep with a happy belly!
