With a plethora of leather, wagon wheel chandeliers and a huge mounted moose head on the wall, Ponderosa is unashamedly plush within the limits of its roughneck style. Themed from the era in which the infamous name was born, as the dusty cattle ranch in the cult fifties TV show ‘Bonanza’.
