This is exciting... the ability to cook multiple loaves at once in a home oven! Yes, it is slightly illegal to sell those loaves, but if anyone would like a "casual" couple of loaves every week we could come to a "casual" arrangement.

Hello again, I'm back. We had a glorious holiday but GOD it's nice to be home! My flours have started arriving but I have no place to bake bread as yet (baking at home is notoriously slow). Hopefully sorting something out soon but no promises, I might just have to slog out full-time employment...
